Youth Group

Meets next Sunday 4:00pm. Also, save the date for Saturday June 17 th  – Bonfire Night at the Armstrong’s residence.

Deeper Discipleship Training

Next Sunday’s DDT will be the second in our BIBWAY series, looking at an historical overview of the Bible. Please note the time, 4:00pm in the hall.

Neighbour to Neighbour Resources

Please note there are some new books available in our lending library, dealing with contemporary issues such as marriage re-definition, a Christian approach to the euthanasia debate, and tackling questions ab­­­out faith. Speak to Andy Buchan for more details.

Dishwasher

In the interests of hygiene, the Board has purchased a dishwasher and had it installed. It will be a case of filling it after morning tea, switching it on, then leaving it to wash. The next group using the hall can possibly unload it. Some rearrangement of other storage (e.g., the platters) has been done.

Evergreens

This Wednesday at 1:30pm. A speaker from “Equip 4 Life” will present on the topic, ‘Healthy Ageing & Lifestyle.’

Men’s Convention

This year’s convention at Belgrave Heights is based on the theme “Clarity in a Confused World.” It will be held on Friday evening and all day Saturday, 26 th -27 th  May. Brochures available in the foyer or you can register online, www.bhc.orh.au. Once again our music group will provide music for the Saturday sessions.

Plenty Valley Christian School

The school is hosting two Open Mornings this week, on Tuesday 16th and Thursday 18th May between 9:00 and 11:00am.
