New BBQ
A brand new BBQ has been installed this week to replace the old one. Time for some more church fellowship meals!
Working Bee
The Board of Management has planned for a Working Bee for Saturday 21st October. A list of jobs to be done and tools required will be displayed so that you can decide how best you can participate. There are many jobs to be done to tidy up the grounds and improve the look of our property in general.
If you know you won’t be able to be there on that day, there are several jobs that could be done prior. Please write your name on the sheet provided or contact Andrea or email administration@elthampc.org.au to discuss how you might be able to help.
Morning tea will be provided.
Samaritans Purse: Christmas Shoe Boxes
It is time to start thinking about collecting items for the Christmas Shoe Box Appeal. Last year we gathered 110 boxes in support of children overseas.
Each week on the table in the church foyer, Sheila displays a box with different ideas to fill your boxes.
If you are not able to fill a box, but would like to participate, donations (individual items for a box or money are both acceptable) can be made to Sheila.
Also on the table in the church foyer, there are some bags on the display table, which are free for you to use in your box (they are great for children to contain school supplies).
Please share in prayer for the children and their families who will receive this delightful gift.
Enjoy viewing these videos, they warm one’s heart and have been very encouraging for people supporting this need.

Craft Sewing Bee
There will be a sewing bee for the Christmas Boxes on Saturday, 7th October at 10.00am.
All helpers are welcome. If you have a sewing machine or overlocker, please bring it with you.
