September Roster Availability: It is time for us to start listing our availability for September. Helen is working on this from afar! Please fill out the AVAILABILITY FORM

EPC Gardening Event – 27th: Garreth has kindly agreed to arrange for some mulch for the EPC gardens. So if you could spare some time on Saturday 27th @ 9am to spread it across the gardens, that would be super. There is still some weeding to do too, so if shovelling and barrelling mulch isn’t your cup of tea, we’d appreciate your help with tidying up the beds before we lay the mulch. Morning tea provided!

Tools/supplies:
~ Gloves ~ Shovel and/or garden fork ~ Rake ~ Wheelbarrow (if you have one) ~ Weeding hand tools ~ Bucket (optional) ~ Hat ~ Water bottle

Saturday, September 3

You are invited to a sewing bee in the church hall from 1 pm – 4 pm on Saturday 3rd September. Material is provided. BYO sewing machine or overlocker. If you don’t sew, you are very welcome to help to cut out, pin together, or iron the bags. Afternoon tea is provided. Fun and fellowship is guaranteed.

Saturday, September 10

The next Women’s Ministries in the PCA event is scheduled for Saturday, September 10th, from 9am to 1pm. As this is an online event, we thought it would be good to be together as a group of EPC women (most likely in the church hall). If you’d like to join with others for this conference, please register through the link below– the cost is only $15 per person. We’ll have morning tea and lunch together, so let Anne Elliott or Jen Phillips know if you’ll be coming along. We hope this will be a fun re-gathering of women after a long Covid-induced break.
