Prayer Request for the Presbyterian Church of Queensland (PCQ)

Please see the letter to all congregations from Peter Barnes, the Moderator General of the Presbyterian Church, requesting prayer for the PCQ due to the denomination going into receivership ( download here ).  Gary Millar (Queensland Theological College) was interviewed about the issue in this video:

Safe Church Training

Basic Training

Please note there is basic safe church training available throughout this year for those who have not yet done this or new. This training applies to anyone in a ministry role at EPC (i.e. board of management, Session, Pastoral Care, & ministry to children). Please chat with Andy if you would like further information or clarification.

Online Refresher Training

There is an online refresher video (updated in Feb 2021) for all those who have previously completed the basic training accessed here. Note that this needs to be seen every 12 months to stay up with latest information.
