SUNDAY SERMON SERIES
This Sunday:

LORD’S SUPPER DETAILS
Introduction:
While we believe that meeting together in person is the proper way to celebrate the Lord’s Supper, we accept that in these exceptional circumstances where we have been unable to meet for some time, it is a blessing from God that we can meet over the internet.
We still work on the principle that all those who publically profess faith in Jesus as Saviour and are in good standing with their local church (i.e. from another church) are welcome to join in.
Anyone, youth and children included, who have not yet publically professed their faith in Christ are to refrain from participating. If you are in this category but think you are ready to take the next step, please get in touch with us as we would love to help you take that next step.
Preparation:
You will need to supply your own “bread & wine.” Fresh bread or crackers of some kind will do very well, as well as your choice of grape juice, wine or some other respectful substitute. Please have these items ready before live-church starts on Zoom.
Instructions for the day:
1. Please join the Zoom well before 11:30am. (We may be able to put you into a tech room if you have connection issues and sort it out for you before the service starts.) Willem will open up at about 11:15am and there will be some songs to listen to as you wait.
2. Everyone will be MUTED — except Don, Andy and Willem. This will be a ‘listen only’ event until breakout rooms at the end.
3. Please wait for instructions from the leader before taking the elements. We will eat and drink together.
4. Afterwards, please stay as you will be randomly placed into breakout rooms to socialise and catch up with people. Once you are in a room you can choose to move another one. Just click on the ‘breakout rooms’ icon to see who is around and what room they are in.
