After Church Chat Rooms
This Sunday we will have 4 informal on-line chat rooms using the PIM Congregation Connect program. The idea is that at 11:15am, after the broadcast, you can jump into one of the chat rooms to talk to people like after normal church. You can jump out of one room and try another one if you feel confident with the technology. ( NB: the links here are different to the one for the ACM for 7:30pm )

  Donnybrook Church Plant
This week the Presbytery of Melbourne North declared that it form a new congregation in the Donnybrook area which is growing rapidly. We are asking for a particular exit student from the Theological College to formally take up the appointment as church planter in January 2021. The goal is to start building a team with a Session and Board of Management before the end of this year. Please be in prayer for this exciting project.

Vanuatu Cyclone Appeal
On Monday 12th April, Cyclone Harold hit northern Vanuatu. This was a Category 5 cyclone – meaning that it was severe. The Talua Bible College that the Presbyterian Church of Australia supports so much, was badly affected. An appeal has been launched to help rebuild the Bible College. For this special appeal use our electronic banking details and include the reference “Harold” so that we know what it is for.

Don’s Open Door Blog
Don is experimenting with a devotional online Blog. Once or twice a week he will put up a short video clip with brief comments about a passage of Scripture. Read the passage first and then watch the video. He will start by looking back at selections from the Book of Job as a revision of the series we did a few years ago. He plans to mix it up a by jumping over to 1 John a bit later.
