Sunday School:
There is no Sunday School this week as we are still just short of a full team. What we need
for SS: 1 more Teacher and 1 more Helper
(over 18) for the years 4-6 class in the portable. OR, if someone would prefer to teach the Kinder/Prep class one of the teachers there is prepared to move up to the 4-6 class. Please talk to Franciska, Don or Andy if you are able to help out with this ministry.
Safe Church Conference:
This is a one day conference held at Donvale Presbyterian Church on Feb 22. Cost is $30 – BYO lunch or pre-order at $12:50. For more information go to

Ladies’ Bible Study:
We begin again this Friday , February 9 at 9:30 am. If you are interested and want more details, please speak to Anne.
Next Servanthood Roster:
It is time for Melody to start putting the next roster together. This next period will cover the months of March, April and May. Please let Melody know by tomorrow , Monday February 5, if there are dates which don’t suit you.
Growth Group Sign-Up:
Every two years or so we restructure our evening growth groups to broaden the number of people we get to know and have deeper Christian fellowship with. The sign-up sheet asks for you to list your preferences for Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings as well as listing the evenings that are not possible. The sign-up sheet with instruction is on the table in the foyer. (The evening groups are run separately from the Ladies Group, Young Adults and Evergreens.)
Women’s Conference: Women’s Ministries Victoria are holding a State Conference on Saturday March 24 at Scots’ Presbyterian Church in Collins Street. Flyers are available in the foyer. For more details on the program, workshops and registration, please go to their website. wmv.org.au
Evergreens:
We will start again this Wednesday, February 7 1- 3:30 pm in the hall, for a Bible study, lead by Don. Afternoon tea and a time of fellowship will follow. If you would like more details, please speak to Sue Steendam, Nola Hawkes or Marie Van Ravesteyn.
Craft Group:
Craft Group resumed on Friday, and everyone is welcome. Bring your sewing, knitting, cross stitch, etc. etc., and join us for an easy afternoon of fellowship from 1pm – 3:30 pm. Beginners are also welcome. Speak to Maggie Courts or Judy Flett for more details.
Working Bee:
The Board of Management has decided to hold a Working Bee on Saturday 17 th March . More details will be available closer to the time, but please put this date in your diary and make it a priority, so that we can share in the task of beautifying our property.
