Bible Study Leaders BBQ: Before we launch into 2017 it would be good for us to come together to encourage each other in this important ministry and focus on the year to come so the plan is for all leaders to meet Feb 5, at 5:00pm . Please put the date in your diaries. More details will follow via email. Thank you.

Casual Church Community Meals: This year we are starting a new idea of having more regular meals which will be a good opportunity to get together socially and even bring friends along as a form of outreach. The plan is to meet Sunday evenings at about 5:00 pm. Dates for term one are Feb 26 & March 26 and May 7 & June 4 in term two. Naming Competition: We are searching for a catchy name for this event! Please contact Don or Andy if you have ideas. (e.g. Meet & Eat Time – MET dinners)

  mainly music: Helen Cameron is putting together the morning tea roster for mainly music for this coming term, but still needs a few more volunteers . If you are able to provide morning tea on one Thursday – even if only this term – it would be greatly appreciated. If you are willing to help in this way, but are not able to deliver it because of another commitment, please mention this to Helen and we will see how we can help. Please contact Helen if you are able to help.

Servanthood Roster: It is almost time to be thinking of your availability for the next roster period, from 5 ^th March to 28 ^th May . It would be helpful if you could have this information to Melody by Thursday 2 ^nd February. If you’ve not been on the roster before and are interested in helping out, please talk to Melody. There is a special need for helpers in the crèche, but Working With Children Checks and Safe Church Training are necessary for this role.
